David and his team were nothing short of exceptional! I have worked in the real estate industry and I’ve never met any realtor who compares. He was totally professional, yet personable; always available to take my calls; very prompt, and most importantly, he looked out for the interests of my family and me. He had no hesitation in telling us if a property wasn’t worth its asking price. In fact, the house that we purchased was cheaper than couple of them which clearly demonstrated that his driving force wasn’t maximum profits, but putting his clients best interests first. Additionally, he often went beyond his call of duty by addressing hiccups along the way, making the process so much less stressful. Even after closing, David still is offering great support as my family and I are transitioning into our new home. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor and support person in this tedious process. It’s as though I’ve known him for years. A million five star reviews cannot do justice to his delivery. David is simply the best!
